Ever since I started using the Breather, I can see a huge difference in my breathing when I am physically active. During swimming, for instance, my breathing style and endurance underwater have improved a lot.

I have suffered many years from very poor sleep–severe apnea and jaw clenching. The apnea did not seem to be caused by any physical obstruction; I just wasn’t breathing properly. Within three days of using the Breather, my apnea has reduced itself substantially. The jaw clenching was apparently caused by low oxygen, so that is also substantially improved. I find it effective to use it for several minutes at a time, such as when I’m in the kitchen preparing a meal. I have since “graduated” to the Breather Fit. Little by little, I’m noticing improvement in my breathing. It’s getting slower and deeper. I don’t care for the new design, though. Since I use the Breather for several minutes at a time, I found the older model, with the smaller mouthpiece, much more comfortable. Irregardless, the rapid improvements to my breathing and my sleep make the Breather worth its weigh in gold.
